How much does a meeting room at the Mezzanin cost?
Room rental starts at €250 per half day for Room 1 and Room 6. With a meeting package, you pay from €88 per person for a half day, with room rental and technology included.
How many people fit in the largest room?
Room 2+3 holds up to 140 people with theater-style seating and 84 with gala seating. Rooms 2 and 3 each hold up to 70 people on their own.
Can participants stay overnight at the hotel?
Yes, with 254 rooms under the same roof and breakfast at Frannys included. For groups, we’re happy to set up a room block: no transfers, no detours.
Is there parking for participants?
The hotel’s own underground parking garage has space, at €29 per 24 hours, with four EV charging stations. Vienna Central Station is 300 meters away.
Is vegetarian and vegan catering available?
Yes. Finger food and menus come from our own kitchen, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free on request.
