Which platforms does the meeting run on?
You invite people as usual through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other platforms; a livestream is also possible on Facebook, YouTube, and more.
Can the event be recorded?
Yes. You can broadcast live or record, and publish the recording later.
How many participants fit on site?
Room 3 is 112 m² and holds up to 70 people, depending on the seating layout; together with Room 2, that’s 217 m² for up to 140 people.
Does it also work in a smaller room?
Yes, with our portable video conferencing system: 120° field of view, 4K resolution, and automatic speaker focus, rental from €100.
