What do I need for Smart Check-in?
Just your reservation number, which is on your booking confirmation. If you don’t have it handy, the front desk can help you at +43 1 90 265, around the clock.
Do I have to check in online?
No, Smart Check-in is optional. Austrian registration law requires this information anyway; if you fill it in beforehand, you save time at the front desk.
Does the Zeitgeist have self check-in?
You check yourself in online before you arrive; that’s Smart Check-in. You pick up your key at the front desk, which is there for you around the clock, even if you arrive late.
When can I check in, and until when can I check out?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until noon. Direct bookers: early check-in from 2 pm and late check-out until 1 pm. On the day you leave, you can also check out contactless.
I'll arrive late at night. Is that a problem?
No. The front desk is staffed around the clock and will expect you even after midnight.
How do I get the €5 voucher for the Pergola?
On the day you arrive, tell the front desk that you’d like to skip daily room cleaning. On the fourth day, we bring fresh towels and empty the trash can. The voucher is valid once per room and stay at the Pergola restaurant, café & bar and can’t be redeemed for cash.
