Wheelchair accessible hotel rooms
To ensure that everything is accessible in a wheelchair, we have paid attention to every detail in the furnishings: Among other things, this is noticeable in the wider room door and the lower door viewer. The clothes rail can be folded down and the mirror reaches down to the floor. Our beds are also height-adjustable on request. Perhaps you need to do some work or capture a few memories? Our large work surfaces offer enough space for this. For accompanying persons, connecting doors to the neighboring room or extra beds are sometimes possible.
Fully accessible bathrooms
Our handicapped-accessible bathrooms are generously designed and, in addition to grab bars by the shower and toilet, also offer a seat in the shower and an alarm cord with a direct connection to the reception desk.
Sign language
We are a Viennese hotel where sign language is spoken. Our dear employee Nina speaks the Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS) and is available in the house from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Just ask for Nina at reception upon arrival.
