Organic bread from Viennese wood-fired bakery Gragger & Chorherr now also available in the Sonnwendviertel
More organic! Hotel Zeitgeist Vienna put this New Year’s motto into practice right at the turn of the year 2022/23. For some time now, the herbs have been grown in the hotel’s own garden, and the cooked organic breakfast eggs are from happy chickens. “We are all about enjoyment with a clear conscience and regional top quality,” explains General Manager Andreas Purtscher also with regard to the latest achievement: from now on, hotel guests will namely reach for organic pastries from Gragger & Chorherr in Zeitgeist Vienna, where they are still formed by hand and baked in a traditional wood-fired oven.
