The fastest way to get to us is not by City Airport Train (CAT). By using ÖBB-Railjet you have a direct connection between Vienna-Schwechat Airport and Vienna Central Station (travel time 15 min. / interval 30 min.). Only 300 meters are then left between the main station and the hotel.

Zeitgeist Vienna features its own underground car park (max. height 2.10 m) with direct lift access to the hotel lobby.

Since the area-wide short-stay parking zone has been introduced in the whole city of Vienna, parking is only possible with a parking ticket. A maximum parking time of 2 hours applies on weekdays between 9am and 10pm – parking tickets are available at petrol stations or tobacconists at € 2.20 per hour.

Once you arrive at the hotel, all you have to do is pick up your room card from the front desk. Pretty smart, right?

Charge your e-car after your journey at one of our e-charging stations in the underground parking garage. Our charging stations are available free of charge for e-vehicles. You do not need to reserve a parking space in advance.

There is a charge of € 25 per day for using the parking garage.

Charging time for a full charge when the vehicle battery is completely empty: at 11 kW charging time of approx. 4-5 h

Only 300 meters away from Zeitgeist Vienna you will find the Vienna Central Station with numerous shopping possibilities, connection to local and long-distance traffic as well as the public transport of the Wiener Linien: After leaving the hotel, simply turn right and walk straight ahead along Sonnwendgasse. After a maximum of 5 minutes you will see the main station in front of you.

Our housekeeping department will clean your room between 9am and 4pm. However, you also have the possibility to cancel the cleaning at the reception. Since you are doing good for the environment (thus saving electricity and water), you will receive a € 5,- voucher for our restaurant-café-bar Pergola as a small thank you.

The subway line U1, streetcar line 18 as well as the bus 13A leave directly from Vienna Central Station. The tram line D, as well as the bus 69A are also in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Single tickets, as well as 24h tickets are available at the reception, all other tickets can be purchased at a ticket vending machine at the Vienna Central Station.

At our reception you can get sewing materials, ecological toothbrushes made of bamboo and environmentally friendly toothbrush tablets (no plastic tubes) as well as feminine hygiene made of organic cotton and without synthetic additives. In the supermarket next door you can get many more care products (open Monday to Saturday).

Well rested, our extensive breakfast buffet in the restaurant Frannys (2nd floor) attracts with organic, regional & home-made delicacies, of course also in vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free.

You can have your clothes cleaned through our laundry service. Please bring your laundry to the reception before 9am so that it can be brought to your room from 6pm on the same day.

On the 6th floor you also have the option to wash, dry and iron yourself in our guest laundry room. Detergent tabs are available at the reception for € 1,- per piece.

Hair & body wash and hand wash at the washbasin in the bathroom are standard in all room categories. In the Deluxe, Prestige, Loft and Suite room categories, you will find an accessory set (with shower cap, sewing set, cotton pads, cotton buds and nail file) as well as hair & body wash, hand wash, conditioner and hand & body lotion from the brand Be Different! (the dispensers are 100% recyclable) and Fair CosmEthics, which supports the principles of fair trade with the use of Fairtrade-certified cane sugar and Brazil nut oil. Ecological toothbrushes, toothpaste tablets and feminine hygiene products made from organic cotton are available at reception. You will find a shoehorn and shoe polish sponge in all rooms.

On request (and subject to availability) you can get ergonomic TEMPUR pillows at the reception. This service is free of charge and unfortunately cannot be reserved in advance.

In the Deluxe, Deluxe Plus, Prestige, Loft and Suite categories, a refrigerator is already available in the room. Other categories are welcome to borrow them (empty, for self-filling).

For valuables, there is a safe in your room closet.

With us you can sleep peacefully. Just tell our reception team when you want to get up – we will wake you up on time.

Your furry nose is welcome to stay with us.

Costs: Per dog we charge € 18,- per night (without food).

In our green courtyard, sun loungers, badminton court, bocce court, outdoor fitness equipment, the smallest golf course in the city and much more await all those seeking relaxation and exercise. The sports equipment as well as yoga mats can be borrowed by all guests free of charge at the bar.
