Where can I find the restroom?
You will find the restrooms just down the stairs (or lift) on the ground floor.
Which way to the restaurant?
From room 5 and room 6 on level 2, you can reach Franny's Restaurant via the corridor in front of the hotel rooms on the right.
From room 1 to room 4 on level 1 you can reach the restaurant via the stairs or take the elevator to the 2nd floor opposite room 1 and from there follow the instructions for room 5 and room 6.
Where can I park?
The entire 10th district is a short-term parking zone. However, you are welcome to park your car in our garage for a fee of € 25 per day or € 3.90 per hour. For e-cars, our four e-fuelling stations are available free of charge.
Where can I smoke?
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the seminar garden (accessible from rooms 2, 3 and 4) out of consideration for our hotel guests. In the inner courtyard of our restaurant-café-bar Pergola we have set up an extra smoking area, which is also heated in winter. You can access the outdoor area directly via the staircase on level 1.
Where to go after the seminar or meeting?
We agree: if you've been hard at work, you deserve a reward! That's why we offer refreshments and tasty dishes in our Restaurant-Café-Bar Pergola - open daily until 1am.

How to ventilate properly?
Tip: Fresh air is important for a pleasant room climate. Our seminar & event rooms are therefore ventilated exclusively with fresh air - shock ventilation is therefore not necessary.
Can I also hold video conferences?
You are welcome to rent our portable video conferencing system - with ultra-wide 120° field of view, automatic speaker focus as well as 4K camera resolution which is perfect for our smaller seminar rooms.
For larger online events, you can rent our room 3 including professional hybrid technology.

For relaxation in between, our chill & workout area in the Zeitgeist garden is waiting for you!
Equipment such as badminton rackets, bocce balls, mini golf clubs and much more is available from our service staff.
