We are … a creative, environmentally conscious and 100% owner-managed 4-star hotel near Vienna’s main train station with 254 well-planned rooms. In our breakfast restaurant FRANNYS as well as in our restaurant-café bar PERGOLA with inner courtyard garden we serve organic, regional & home-made delicacies. Our third business segment is our seminar & event location MEZZANIN Meetings & Events, newly built in 2020, with six modern rooms for up to 140 people.

As our colleague in the reservations department (section logis) …

· you work very closely with the Director of Revenue & Front Office
· you handle the intake and processing of individual and group reservations professionally
· you are responsible for a qualified answer via telephone and written inquiries
· we expect you to actively sell additional recommendations of our current offers
· you monitor the booking situation and control the individual segments
· you clarify the no show settlements
· you maintain the online reservation systems
· you represent the banquet reservation in their absence

What else you should know

The salary is depending on hours, qualifications and experience between € 950.- & € 2.000.- gross monthly for part time or full time (20 to 40 hours) divided on 4 or 5 days a week and is subject to the collective agreement for hotel and restaurant industry.

Application documents are only kept on record with the express consent of the applicant.
