Your individual tasks in detail – Ensuring the best possible operation of the hotel-specific facilities – Responsible for the proper processing of all agendas/orders relevant to the operating facility permit, including interface with authorities for this purpose – Daily/weekly/monthly rounds of the technical facilities – Tracking of technical warranty, monitoring and control of existing maintenance contracts – General maintenance and servicing of the building, the building services and the building services equipment as well as their inspection and documentation – Operating, running and optimizing the building technology and the technical building systems as well as eliminating technical faults/malfunctions and complaints that occur – Recording energy consumption – Drawing up and implementing measures to reduce energy consumption – Compliance with all legal regulations, manufacturer guidelines and the technical standards of KPG – Administration and maintenance of documentation – Implementation of an emergency service as well as weekend services – Contract management – Control, inspection and implementation of technical purchasing – Administration and control of the locking system – Annual training of all employees on the subject of “1st fire-fighting assistance – Regular legionella testing of the drinking water – Maintenance work such as painting, carpet laying and repairs, etc. – Processing, coordination and control of the daily room reports in the “hotelkit” software – Organization of grease trap cleaning, respectively disposal – Resource planning and budget preparation for the technical area – Budget responsibility for the technical area – Monthly reporting in coordination with the GF – Assumption of the tasks of a fire protection officer – Training of all employees in plants – Responsible for the correct training of new employees – Selection, training, evaluation and promotion of subordinate employees – Participation in department head meetings – Create number transparency – Responsible for data transfer and reporting to relevant parties e.g. owner, management, directorate, property management – Duty schedule planning for the building services team

Depending on qualifications and experience, the salary is 3,150 gross per month based on a 47.5 hour week and is subject to the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry. An additional target-oriented bonus agreement rounds off your salary.
