The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. In the event of a successful application, your personal data will be stored for the duration of the employment relationship. In addition, your tax-relevant data will be archived after the end of the employment relationship within the framework of the statutory retention periods. In the event of an unsuccessful application, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations no later than seven months after rejection.
